Terms of Service

By accessing or using the New Sunrise VIP website, reservation system, or transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.

New Sunrise VIP provides luxury ground transportation services throughout Puerto Rico, including airport transfers, hourly charters, event transportation, and corporate travel. All services are subject to availability and require advance booking confirmation. Vehicle images and descriptions are representative of our fleet. We reserve the right to upgrade or substitute vehicles when necessary to fulfill a reservation.

A reservation is confirmed only after we send a written confirmation. Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted for additional stops, wait time, tolls, parking, or changes to the itinerary. For airport pickups, flight details must be provided at booking. We monitor flights when information is shared in advance and adjust pickup time for domestic flight delays when possible.

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. A deposit or full prepayment may be required to secure certain reservations, particularly for events, weddings, and peak dates. All charges are quoted and charged in United States Dollars (USD). The client is responsible for any additional charges incurred during service, such as parking, tolls, or requested extra stops.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows or cancellations at the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. Deposits for weddings, events, and multi-vehicle bookings are generally non-refundable. Specific cancellation terms will be included in your booking confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a ride if a passenger engages in unlawful, unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Excessive cleaning or damage caused by passengers may result in additional charges.

New Sunrise VIP is not liable for delays or service failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic, road closures, flight cancellations, or emergencies. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific reservation in question.
